I have been blessed to be a participant in Justin’s journey to becoming the talented healer he is in the world today. I remember feeling very at ease just before our remote meditation session.  After about 7 mins into my meditation I felt a tingle at the base of my spine, it was like a rush of energy. I perceived it as what kundalini energy would feel like.  It moved up my spine gradually and warmed me. After a few moments I felt it radiate out to my limbs! I remember looking at my arms to see if they were  vibrating with this energy, but they appeared still to my eyes. It was a highly energizing sensation. I had a great night's sleep and the next day not a care in the world!!!
